YFT-A液壓焊接式閥門試驗臺的詳細信息

技術性能與特點：

1. 適用于焊接，螺紋連接形式（即不帶法蘭）閥門的性能試驗，配置平面盲板（塑料板密封）。同時可選配平面盲板（O形圈密封），適用于法蘭連接形式的閥門性能試驗。

2. 試驗介質可由水，氣或者煤油，由客戶自選。

3. 已配置高、低壓水泵及增壓系統，可直接進行水壓試驗。預留一個氣泵接口，如采用氣為介質則氣泵需用戶自配。

4. 試驗臺用水及油等試驗介質可循環使用。

5. 設有液壓自動卸荷系統，使用時，高壓狀態與卸荷狀態自動切換，有效降低了油溫，延長設備使用壽命。

6. 另有觸摸屏控制、顯示和打印測試壓力系統可選配。

Technical performance and feature:

1. YFT-A serie hydraulic valve test bench suitable for welding, threaded valve testing(None-flange valve). With two types:plane blind plates, plactic seal plates for none-flange valve testing and O rings seal plates for flange valve testing.

2. Test medium can be choosing by user, water, air or kerosene.

3. Test bench has low pressure water pump and water booster. There is an air connection reserved for air pump.

4. Water and hydraulic oil cycle use.

5. The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system. When using it, the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be changed by itself. So it can reduce oil temperature, elongate life of test bench.

6. PLC control, touch screen display pressure diagram and printer system is optional.
